Massera Launch

Massera, meaning “to knead,” began with the act of playing with clay without a fixed outcome. Soft forms were pressed, rolled and shaped until unexpected curves began to appear.

Those early experiments became the foundation of a collection built around freedom, curiosity and expression. Clay found its way into contoured wood, flowing upholstery and asymmetric forms, allowing play to become a way of designing.

At RAW

Magari came in as a co-sponsor of Raw Collaborative’s fifth edition at the Alembic Art District, a gathering built around the idea that design belongs to everyone, in every form. Massera made its first appearance here, amid installations, talks and a city full of people looking closely at design.

At India Design

Massera returned to the floor at India Design ID 2023 in Delhi, this time letting people sit with it. The Tramo dining chair anchored the booth, its curved seat and back carrying the same clay-formed logic that had shaped the whole collection.
